30-Day Return Window
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason — whether it arrived damaged, isn't what you expected, or you simply changed your mind — email us at support@amberoakdecor.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll process your refund.

No Return Shipping Required
There's no need to ship the item back to us. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll process your refund directly.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please include a photo when you email us — this helps us process your refund faster and improve our packaging going forward.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
